Nestled on the quaint Via Adua, just steps away from the iconic Arena di Verona and the bustling Piazza delle Erbe, this hotel positions guests perfectly to immerse themselves in the city’s rich history and vibrant culture.

Rated 4.2 stars, the experience at Palazzo Victoria resonates with thoughtful hospitality and genuine warmth. Guests frequently highlight the attentive and accommodating staff, whose kindness elevates the stay beyond mere service. From thoughtful room upgrades—often extended with a personal touch during special occasions like honeymoons—to prompt room service available nearly around the clock, the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction is evident.

The rooms marry classic elegance with modern amenities. Cleanliness and comfort are consistently praised, and while some spaces may feel a bit compact for a luxury stay, the high-standard furnishings and well-appointed bathrooms make for a restful retreat. Notably, the hotel embraces convenience with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, free parking, airport shuttles, and pet-friendly policies. Though it lacks a pool, the presence of a business center, laundry service, restaurant, and bar fill other essential needs.

It’s an ideal sanctuary for those seeking both accessibility and quiet sophistication.

While minor maintenance might be due in some areas, it hardly detracts from the overall experience. Staff very friendly. They where happy to upgrade us as it was our honeymoon. Breakfast was good. Again staff happy to accommodate my large eating habits. Room was clean, only negative was for a 5star hotel it looked like it's in need of a bit if maintenance.

Verona was our last stop of 2 weeks road trip through Italy - it was the perfect ending to a perfect holiday! We loved it in this hotel! They upgraded our room due to an accidental overbooking, they didn't make us any inconvenience with it they just gave us a better room without blinking an eye - thank you so much again! It was fabulous, very large room with high standard furnishing and bathroom amenities. Service was excellent, big thank you to all employees, keep doing what you're doing! We only ate breakfast there as we were out all day exploring having lunch and dinner in town, but the breakfast was really nice! Good variety of things(fresh juices, all kinds of little pastries etc) and they would make anything you ask for as well. The elevators are small which we didn't find an annoyance but a funny thing- that's just how the houses are built there so they try to fit everything into them, all part of the experience :-) I guess the only thing that people who are not too well on foot would not like is the parking situation- the car parks are kinda in the outskirts of town and a little to walk (no problem for us thought - and don't worry about your luggage, they'll take care of it for you) I can highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy Verona in a more luxurious ambience in a great location! Close to city centre and Juliets house etc.

Very nice hotel in central Verona, combining both modern elements but also retaining its charm. The room we had was perfectly clean and comfortable. Staff were almost universally friendly and helpful. The location in Verona is also pretty ideal.

Beautiful rooms (can be a little small) and the hotel is stunning from the ground up... Staff are responsive and room service are almost area all hours of the day, from topping up showing gels while at breakfast to dropping off replacement mineral water right before bed time.
